「お互い」を意味する「each other」を所有格にする場合、「each other’s」と「each others’」のどちらが正しいですか？

「each」の後には単数形の名詞が続く為、「each other」は単数形の名詞句です。従って、所有格にする場合は、「’s」を続けて「each other’s」となります。

「合計（で）10人」といいたい場合、「totally 10 people」といいますか？

いいえ、一般的に「a total of 10 people」または「10 people in total」といいます。

そのパーティーには合計10人がいた。

また、上記の「in total」の「in」を省略することも可能です。

There were 10 people total at the meeting.

尚、「totally」は一般的に「全く、完全に」という意味を持つ副詞として使用されます。

その噂は完全に嘘である。
