「その瞬間」といいたい場合、「at that moment」と「at that time」のどちらが正しいですか？

「At that moment」が正しいです。「At that time」ですと、「その時、当時」という意味になります。

At that moment, he threw an uppercut.

その瞬間、彼はアッパーカットを放った。

At that time, he was still an amateur boxer.

当時、彼はまだアマチュアのボクサーだった。

尚、「at the moment」は「今、現在」という意味になります。

I’m busy at the moment.

私は、今忙しい。

今週の「今」を示す「this」ですが、その前に前置詞は必要ですか？

「This」がある場合、時間（時制）に使用する前置詞「at」、「on」、「in」などは通常使用しません。また、「this」と同じように「last（前の）」と「next（次の）」の場合も前置詞を使用しません。

I have a meeting this week.

私は今週、会議があります。

I had a meeting last month.

私は先月、会議がありました。

I will have a meeting next year.

私は来年、会議があります。

※「I have to come in next week.」と言う文の場合、「in」は「next week」に掛かる前置詞ではなく、「come in（伺う、行く）」と言う、句動詞の一部になります。
